We’ve been installing doors and windows here in this area for more than 25 years. That’s because Customer Satisfaction is our goal, guaranteed! Customer Satisfaction means we personally take you through your entire door or window replacement project.  Rather than using high pressure sales, we educate you about the products we offer, and which brand or style would be most beneficial for your home. Start by visiting our showroom, conveniently located at 3911 S. Rochester Rd., at M-59, where we have on display many quality brand name windows and doors such as Andersen, Pella and Therma-Tru. We’re sure one of these fine products will work in your home and we will help you choose the right one. One of our courteous sales representatives will then do a free, in-home consultation to better meet your needs.  Again, we won’t pressure you into buying something you don’t want or need. We only make recommendations as to which products will best meet your needs. Quality Window Sales also employs its own installation crews.  We don’t subcontract to installers who are paid by the job. Our crews are specifically trained by us to attend to your specific needs. They are trained to identify potential problems by paying special attention to detail.  Tarps are laid in all areas we are working. Any rotted or warped lumber is replaced. Your windows and doors will be amply insulated with a foam insulation creating an airtight, watertight seal. Our carpenters will finish with a trim of your choice.  We take extra care to plane the miter joints for a tight fit and then glue them to ensure they stay together.  These details are what keep us a cut above everyone else. If you have a need for a painter or window treatments, we will be glad to recommend a reputable craftsman working in the area. Your job is not complete until you are completely satisfied.
